Mission/Purpose of the Job

Performs data entry to Contract Manager software for new loans, manages Accounts Payable and processes customer payments. This position will report to the TF Controller. 

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Creates and maintains monthly contract spreadsheets in Excel for each Arrow branch on all funded transactions.
  • Notates customer accounts of payments received via mail, Fed-ex and Western Union speed pay.
  • Responsible for all accounts payable functions.
  • Performs data entry of key information to Contract Manager Software on newly funded loans and notates funding.
  • Distributes daily branch notification to Arrow branches.
  • Receives, sorts and distributes all incoming mail and express deliveries.
