What You Will Do

As a Data Analyst – Automation and Digital Solutions within the testing department, you will analyze data to generate actionable insights and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also develop data-driven solutions to automate manual processes, enhancing efficiency across the organization.

Additionally, you will leverage vehicle data to optimize insights and streamline operational workflows. This role involves close collaboration with data scientists and requires strong interpersonal, project management, and product ownership skills to bridge various teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-process, clean, and structure data to facilitate exploration and advanced analytics using Python and SQL.
  • Work with data scientists to ensure seamless integration and effective utilization of data for model development, simulations, and testing.
  • Design and implement automated digital tools to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency (e.g., Power Apps).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to visualize and manage data from various sources—particularly vehicle data—to extract actionable insights and enhance testing processes (Power BI).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensuring data-driven solutions align with stakeholders' needs.
  • Act as a product owner for digital automation solutions, ensuring continuous improvements based on user feedback.
  • Foster a data-driven culture by promoting best practices in data management, analytics, and automation across the organization.

Who You Are

  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, ETL frameworks, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of statistical models and best practices in data security.
  • Proven experience in data management, visualization, and automation within a technical or industrial environment (automotive experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams and collaborate effectively with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
