We´re seeking for a Regional Parts Sales Manager.
Position Objective: The Regional Parts Sales Manager is responsible for driving parts sales growth within an assigned territory for Mack Trucks. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing relationships with dealers and customers, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The manager will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and address market needs.
Key role responsabilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed parts sales targets.
- Dealer and Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key customers, providing support and addressing concerns promptly.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback for senior management.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to dealers and sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in parts sales management, preferably within the automotive or heavy-duty truck industry.
Language: Advanced / Business Proficiency in English is a MUST (Both written and spoken).
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region is a MUST.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of parts sales and distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieveing sales targets and driving growth.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- English and Spanish (written and spoken) is a MUST.
